We are seeking an energetic, passionate individual with a positive outlook to join our unique and fun office culture. The Programming & Admin Coordinator will report to the Executive Director, providing creative and administrative support. We are looking for someone who desires to use their hard work and talents to be a force for change in this community.
The Programming and Admin Coordinator will serve as the primary staff person responsible for scheduling the visitors and volunteers at our weekend retreats. This involves written, verbal, and email communication with retreat participants, before and after the scheduled retreats & events, as well as processing and acknowledging retreat & event payments and expenses. The Ministry Programs and Operations Manager will also be responsible for data entry (Salesforce), helping and creating organizational and ministry team budgets & events in collaboration with the Executive Director and other misc. tasks.
Office Hours are Monday- Thursday (9:00-3:00), remaining hours can be worked remotely.
