Take a moment to relax at this year’s Women’s Retreat. Join our Women’s Ministry guides on this overnight stay at Barren Heights as we connect with God through Scripture, rest, reflection, and recreation in a safe community of women on a similar journey.

Lunch and dinner will be provided on Saturday, along with a breakfast on Sunday morning.

We require a $50 deposit* to reserve your spot for this retreat. Once your application has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing the link to our payment portal. *NOTE: The required deposit is 100% refundable to parents who have children with physical or developmental disabilities. Additionally, the Barren Heights Retreat Center is in Central Time, so all times listed are in CT.

In an effort to allow as many moms as possible to experience the 2026 Women’s Retreat, registration for women who have not yet attended an Women’s Retreat will open at 9 a.m. on Monday, January 12th. Registration for all others will open at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 15th. Spots for this retreat are limited, and there will be a waitlist. Spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Please watch the email you provide at registration for confirmation on whether you have a spot at the retreat or have been placed on the waitlist. Most rooms will be double occupancy.

- I give my consent that the information given at registration may be communicated with leaders and volunteers for the purpose of being equipped to provide the best care and assistance possible to my family.

- I release Barren Heights, its directors, volunteers, and the Community & Retreat Center from all actions, damages, or personal injuries which may occur to me. I understand that in the event of a minor injury, I may receive first aid treatment. In the event of an emergency, injury, or illness, emergency medical services and I will decide the best course of action. If I am unable to respond to leaders or emergency medical services, I authorize them to take whatever action is necessary for my safety and health.
- I understand that in order for everyone to experience a sense of calm, peaceful relaxation, the Retreat Center and Harvest Heights is an alcohol, drug, and smoke-free environment. Use of cell phones is discouraged except when necessary.
- I hereby release and agree to hold Barren Heights and Harvest Heights harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss. I understand that this release discharges Barren Heights and Harvest Heights from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against them with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, negligence, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to any services rendered. This liability waiver and release extends to Barren Heights and Harvest Heights, together with all owners, partners, volunteers and employees.
