Ace Hubbard

Adrienne “Ace” Hubbard is deeply passionate about helping individuals and families experience hope, healing, and meaningful connection. Originally from Paducah, KY, Ace earned her Master’s in Education with a focus in counseling and has spent much of her life serving others through ministry, counseling, and leadership. Her heart for serving families—especially those with special needs children—comes from her own family’s experience, which has shaped her compassion and deep respect for the unique joys and challenges these families walk through each day. Her faith is the foundation of her desire to walk alongside others with care, encouragement, and authenticity.

Throughout her ministry and professional journey, Ace has had the privilege of working with individuals, families, and young people in both local and global settings. She loves creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and valued. Whether serving through counseling, outreach efforts, or mission work, Ace is known for her genuine heart for people and her desire to live with purpose and intentionality.

Ace is honored and grateful to serve as the new Executive Director of Barren Heights. As a Barren Heights volunteer for more than ten years—and someone personally impacted by the ministry—this role is especially meaningful to her. She is excited to continue building a community where families who have children with physical and developmental disabilities feel welcomed, encouraged, and deeply loved. Ace looks forward to serving alongside the Barren Heights team and supporting families as they experience rest, connection, and the love of Christ.
