We received MANY compliments on our 2024 retreat shirt design last summer and more than a few requests for us to make it into a sweatshirt. So here we are to say, we have heard the Barren Heights community say you want sweatshirts, so WE’RE MAKING NEW SWEATSHIRTS!
Now through February 28th, we are opening preorders to the Barren Heights Community for sweatshirts featuring our super popular and much-requested 20th anniversary design. And bonus! By purchasing this versatile and oh-so-schnuggly sweatshirt, net proceeds from your purchase will go toward sending a special needs family on a relaxing, life-giving respite retreat weekend at Barren Heights this summer. Talk about a win-win situation!
How Will This Sweatshirt Fundraiser Work?
Our 2025 Barren Heights sweatshirt will be available by preorder only now through February 28, 2025. Preorders will close at midnight on Friday, February 28th, so if you want to purchase a sweatshirt, you must place your order before then! Once the preorder closes, these sweatshirts will no longer be available! Net proceeds from this sweatshirt preorder will go directly toward funding a family to attend a Barren Heights weekend family retreat this summer. We anticipate that sweatshirts will be available for pickup beginning in late March.
This particular run of sweatshirts will be available in adult sizes (S–3XL) and will be local pickup ONLY. We will have pickup days in both Scottsville at our Retreat Center (Saturday, May 10th) and in Louisville at our Community Center (date TBD). We will not have children’s sizes or be able to ship any orders of these sweatshirts for this particular fundraiser. However, let us know if you are interested in shipping or children’s sizes, and we will try to make accomodations if we do any future sweatshirt preorders!
